Nick & RJ are passionate creators: when they direct, they operate not only in the role of ‘traditional director,’ but also as choreographers and creative directors as well.  

Their creative and choreographic achievements have sparked some of the most iconic pop culture moments in entertainment including Katy Perry’s Super Bowl halftime show, P!nk’s gravity defying aerial performance on the side of a skyscraper and some of the highest grossing tours for Madonna, Katy Perry & P!nk. 

The list of artists Nick& RJ have collaborated with is extensive (Celine Dion, Selena Gomez, Mariah Carey, Lenny Kravitz, Missy Elliott, Arianna Grande, John Legend, the Spice Girls…) and their diversity and knack for melding classical movement with current dance expression has won them awards for renowned television performances on Dancing With the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance.

In the end, after directing “Step Into the Movies,” “Schoolhouse Rock” and P!nk’s “Beautiful Trauma” and “Never Gonna Not Dance” music videos,  their hearts are in directing: where they can “take the ordinary and make it extraordinary” and their unique voices, both as LGBTQ and LatinX creatives make them one of the industry’s most sought after duos.
